Course content: This beginner freediving course will learn basic knowledge, skills and safety rules, allowing you to enjoy the underwater world comfortably and freely, and improve your breath-holding skills. This course will allow you to free dive to 20 meters. (Note: This course is equivalent to AIDA level 2.)

Suitable for: People with no free diving experience or no free diving certificate

Eligibility: 18-45 years old and in good physical condition suitable for free diving activities (need to sign a health declaration)

Activity duration: The entire course activity takes 2 full days.

Day 1 AM: Subject: Understand body structure, gas changes, and flat pressure movements

Day 1 PM: Basic swimming pool course: fin kicking, adapting to water, establishing a sense of security, and proficiency in swimming pool rescue movements

Day 2: Ocean Depth Course: Familiar with the use of flat pressure, familiar with the action of bending into the water, and skilled in the action of ocean towing and rescue.

Instructor ratio: 1 coach: up to 4 students

Price includes: Chinese (Hong Kong/Taiwan) instructor fee, SSI Diver International Certification, and basic freediving equipment.
